As a reminder:
- Our shows last 30 minutes (if not a little longer) so please help our actors start/end on time.
- Our actors will arrive 45 minutes to an hour prior to set up.
- Our actors will find street parking and use the ramp to your auditorium to bring in their equipment with their dolly (two cars).
- We’d like to use a folding table and your screen in the auditorium – actors bring everything else needed for the show.
- We’ll be seeing approximately 330 K – 5th grade students.
- We’ll be providing 14 Environmental Defenders Pledge Posters for those participating K – 5th classrooms.

We encourage teachers to have their students visit EnvironmentalDefendersLA.com prior to the assembly for a quick and fun introduction to the environmental concepts covered in the assembly. Students who have not yet seen the assembly can earn an Environmental Defenders certificate by watching a short video on each topic and correctly answering quiz questions about each one. After seeing the assembly, students who take the Super Environmental Defenders pledge and sign their classroom poster will receive a Super Environmental Defenders membership card to access the members-only section of the website with games, music and more.
Lastly, we’re trying to reach even more elementary schools in L.A. County. Do you have any contacts at other elementary schools we could reach out to? If so, please let us know and feel free to share our flyer for the new program!
